Safety Policy

At VoKos Solutions LLC, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety. We strictly adhere to the 4 Rules of Firearms Safety and expect our students to do the same. Whether you are new to firearms or have prior experience, we will ensure that you understand the correct practices and are well-informed about what is unacceptable. If you ever find yourself uncertain or unsure about something, please stop immediately and notify us. We are here to guide you through any challenges.

 

We take safety violations very seriously. Minor infractions* will lead to a consultation and a final warning. Major infractions** will result in immediate removal from the course and a prohibition on attending future courses. Our instructors reserve the right to dismiss any student who exhibits reckless or unsafe behavior while handling firearms. By following our instructions, you will not only ensure safety but also enjoy your time in our courses.

 

Before your course begins, you will be required to sign a Safety and Payment Agreement. Refusing to do so will result in your immediate removal from the course without a refund or the opportunity to reschedule. By purchasing and attending our courses, you agree to the policies outlined above and acknowledge that VoKos Solutions LLC, its agents, instructors, and staff, are not liable for any safety violations that may result in injuries or the loss of life, limb, or eyesight.

 

*Minor infraction example: Unintentionally pointing the firearm at another student or instructor due to handling and manipulation during coursework.

 

**Major infraction example: Deliberately pointing firearms at another student or instructor with disregard for our safety guidelines.
